About Me: Born and raised in Southern Oregon.  My love for photography developed at a very early age.  I remember my mom taking some photos of me riding my little plastic 3 wheel He-Man bike on the porch in Talent, Oregon.  She asked me to stay still as she crouched down and took a photo of me.  I was about 4 years old at the time, but vividly remember the moment.

Always maintaining an interest, using disposable cameras and such. The most valuable time for my photography development was later on in High school.  I took a photography class using my Yashica SLR camera and I fell in love with the control I was able to use. It was easy to say that I was hooked.

A vital step in my love for photography was from Crater High school's Crater School of Business which allowed me the opportunity to go into the field and have a couple years of hands-on Internships with some prominent photography studios in Southern Oregon: Beyond Images Photography in Southern Oregon - with Joe Ramos and David A. Gibb Photography in Jacksonville, Oregon.

In early 2011 I moved up to Portland, Oregon to pursue my love of photography and emerge myself into an environment that would allow me to make more opportunities in the adventure of life while following my beloved passion of photography.

The Squid: "Tales of giant squid have been common among mariners since ancient times, and may have led to the Norwegian legend of the Kraken, a tentacled sea monster as large as an island capable of engulfing and sinking any ship."

Mysterious, curious, feared and adorable! These falic shaped beasts are capable of killing a sperm whale or using it's 8 arms and 2 tentacles to hold and hug 10 people!

The Squid represents a lot to me. From art and emotion, to fear and work-ethic. My arm is tattooed with one to always remind me. :)
