Booking your session is easy

1. Contact JailBreak Photography and let us know the type of session you would like to book.
2. Let us know when you would like your session and your availability around that time.
3. Provide your full name and cellphone number so we can confirm your session.
4. We also recommend emailing a recent snapshot of yourself so as we can begin to plan your session

Policies & Pricing

JailBreak Photography Policies

• Session Fee: The session fee is due at the time of your booking.

A session fee of $75 for up to 2 people applies to each session ($25 for each additional person) is due at the time of booking.

The session fee includes the artist's time and talent, image editing, artistic manipulation, pre-session consultation, minor retouching, file preparation, watermarked images for Facebook and other such social networking sites, private on-online gallery hosted for 2 weeks, and archiving of your images.

The entire event is released via on-line to view and purchase photos from.

• Retouching Policy: A retouching fee of $50 per hour will apply to all requested retouching beyond JailBreak Photography’s artistic and original vision.

(in most cases your images come ‘ready to print’ however they are not individually retouched for things like skin blemishes and stray hairs)

• Cancellation Policy: My cancellation policy is fair but firm:

     with more than 48 hours notice I offer refund or rescheduling

     with 24 - 48 hours notice I offer rescheduling only

     with less than 24 hours notice you forfeit your photography session fee

Please keep in mind that your session might be scheduled to a much later date than the original session (30 to 90 days).

• Multiple Session Policy: If more than one session is scheduled, the first session will have to be finalized and paid for before the consecutive session can take place.

• JailBreak Photography appreciates referrals and rewards clients by sending them a gift certificate for a $50 portrait credit. Your referral must mention your name when booking their appointment.

• If a gift certificate is being redeemed, please note that current pricing applies.

• Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.  

• Prices are subject to change at any time.  If prices change after your session, you are guaranteed the prior rate for 60 days from the date of your session.  Re-orders are subject to current rates.

• Copyright Policy: All images are protected by federal copyright laws. They may not be copied, scanned or reproduced in any way without written permission from the photographer. Unauthorized reproduction of images is illegal and could result in legal fines.

Waiver of liability: client expressly releases the photographer, their employees and agents from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence.

Wedding Package 1	3 hours wedding photography services on the day of your wedding No set limit to the number of wedding photos taken Your wedding event photographed in a photo journalistic and artistic styles All wedding photos digitally edited and enhanced Online proofing available for you and your friends and families to view. All your wedding photographs archived on DVD with high resolution images and low resolution images (suitable for Facebook, email, computer viewing)   Add an additional hour of photography services for $150 (providing a minimum of +25 images)	$800.00

Live Event Package 1	2 hours of in depth event coverage - Documenting the event, the people, and the atmosphere in a artistic and professional manner. No set limit to the number images taken ALL your images watermarked and low resolution for email, Facebook, or any other social networking website! Online proofing for you to share and decide your favorite images for purchase prints or high resolution images directly through JailBreak Photography's Photoshelter website.   Add an additional hour of photography for $75 (providing a minimum of +25 images)  Extensive retouching available at a rate of $50 per hour	$100.00
